IMPORTANT NOTICE (PLEASE READ):  TrueBeautyByDee Sculpting & Aesthetics accepting payments through our website. 

 
BOOKING POLICY: 

-TrueBeautyByDee Sculpting & Aesthetics requires FULL PAYMENT of the amount of your desired service, which MUST be paid through the website! 

- For same day appointments with TrueBeautyByDee Body Sculpting & Aesthetics requires a $100.00 up charge.

- If you are needing an appointment after my specified hours,  TrueBeautyByDee  Body Sculpting & Aesthetics can service you for an up charge of $100.00. 

EARLY BIRD/AFTER HOURS APPOINTMENTS: 

- IF YOU NEED AN EARLIER APPOINTMENT BEFORE OUR OPENING TIME OR NEED AN APPOINTMENT AFTER OUR CLOSING TIME WE ARE REQUIRING A $75 PAYMENT TO SECURE YOUR DESIRED APPOINTMENT TIME ON TOP OF YOUR DEPOSIT FOR DESIRED SERVICE.

RESCHEDULING POLICY: 

-IF YOU CANCEL OR REQUEST TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT WITHIN LESS THAN 24HRS OF YOUR ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT SLOT, YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY A CANCELLATION FEE OF $35! 

- ALSO, YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY THE REMAINING BALANCE OF YOUR CANCELLED APPOINTMEN BEFORE YOUR NEXT SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT!!!

- IF THE REMAINING BALANCE IS NOT PAID, YOU WILL BE BANNED FROM BOOKING WITH TRUEBEAUTYBYDEE BODY SCULPTING & AESTHETICS IN THE FUTURE.

-IF YOU RESCHEDULED ANYWHERE BEFORE THE 24 HOUR MARK OF YOUR APPOINTMENT AND WE SEND YOU A REMINDER TEXT TO CONFIRM YOUR APPOINTMENT AND THERE IS NO RESPONSE, YOUR APPOINTMENT IS CANCELLED! 

PACKAGE POLICY:

- After booking your package(s) , you have 4 WEEKS to complete ALL of your sessions. Please make sure that you schedule your sessions accordingly or the rest will be forfeitED

-IF YOU EXCEED THE 4 WEEK MARK WE WILL ASK YOU FOR YOUR REMAINING BALANCE TO BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE SCHEDULING YOUR NEXT SESSION! 

- ONCE YOU'VE PAID THE TOTAL FOR THE PACKAGE(S) YOU HAVE ALREADY BOOKED FOR , YOU CAN NOT ADD/CHANGE ANY OTHER PACKAGE(S) UNTIL THE CURRENT PACKAGE(S) ARE COMPLETED !!!

-IF ANY APPOINTMENTS ARE MISSED IN YOUR PACKAGE, YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY OUR MISSED APPOINTMENT FEE!

-WE DO SEND OUT REMINDER/CONFIRMATION TEXTS THE DAY BEFORE YOUR NEXT SCHEDULED SESSION DATE! 

(IF THERE IS NO RESPONSE, YOUR APPOINTMENT IS CANCELLED!)

REFUND POLICY:

- Due to the nature of the services being performed, THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. In the event that you are not a satisfied client, please reach out to us via email at truebeautybydee@gmail.com 

LATE/CANCELLATION POLICY:

- If you are late to your appointment, that time will be deducted from your service. 

Once you reach 10 MINUTES late, there will be an up charge of $15.00. 

Once you are 15 MINUTES late, YOUR APPOINTMENT IS CONSIDERED CANCELLED AND YOU MUST PAY THE $50 MISSED APPOINTMENT FEE!

MISSED APPOINTMENTS: 

-IF WE REACH OUT TO YOU TO CONFIRM YOUR APPOINTMENT AND THERE IS NO RESPONSE, YOUR APPOINTMENT IS CANCELLED AND YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY THE REMAINING BALANCE OF THE CANCELLED APPOINTMENT  IN ORDER TO BOOK FOR  FUTURE APPOINTMENTS!

- ALL MISSED APPOINTMENTS MUST BE PAID IN FULL IN ORDER TO BOOK OTHER FUTURE APPOINTMENTS! 

-MISSED APPOINTMENT FEES IS AN UP CHARGE OF $50

- IF APPOINTMENTS ARE MISSED 3 TIMES IN A ROW, YOU WILL BE BANNED FROM BOOKING WITH TRUEBEAUTYBYDEE BODY SCULPTING & AESTHETICS !  

TRUEBEAUTY CLASSES: 

- DEPOSITS FOR ANY OF OUR CLASSES ARE NONREFUNDABLE. 

ONCE DEPOSITS ARE SENT, EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS ARE INSTANTLY ORDERED ! 

-IF CLASS DEPOSITS ARE SENT A FEW DAYS BEFORE THE START DATE OF THE CLASS, EQUIPMENT WILL BE RECEIVED A FEW DAYS AFTER THE CLASS. (CAN BE UP TO A WEEK WAIT.)

-ALL REMAINING BALANCES ARE DUE 72 HOURS BEFORE THE SCHEDULED CLASS DATE !

- IF THE INITIAL CLASS DATE DOES NOT FIT YOUR SCHEDULE AFTER PAYMENT AND SET DATE WE WILL GIVE 1 CHANCE TO CHANGE THE DATE.

 TrueBeautyByDee Sculpting & Aesthetics Waiver:

- This is a required form that has to be filled out before any services are performed. It is to acknowledge that you understand that each client has a different response or outcome to body sculpting treatments or services. Which does includes the risks, benefits, and possible results that have been explained to you. 

-PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT IN OUR WAIVER IT STATES THAT IF SERVICES ARE NOT PAID IN FULL AFTER COMPLETION CAN RESULT IN LEGAL ACTION TAKEN AGAINST YOU (THEFT OF SERVICE, POLICE REPORT, AND WILL BE REPORTED TO THE CREDIT BUREAU)!
 

NO CALL/NO SHOW POLICY:

-In the event of a no call, no show you will no longer be able to book an appointment with  TrueBeautyByDee Body Sculpting & Aesthetics.  It is VERY  inconsiderate to not give us a heads up that you won’t be able to make it to your appointment. If it’s something reasonable and understandable or an emergency we may be able to make exceptions. Thank You for booking with TrueBeautyByDee Sculpting & Aesthetics Body Sculpting & Aesthetics 

E-Course (VIDEOS/BOOK): 

-All training products such as E-videos/E-books are non-refundable ! But you are more than welcomed to reach out to us for further assistance!

-Please be aware that our E-Course is self paced. 

-The book is very detailed and have all information about the knowledge of body sculpting and each tool we use. 

-If there are issues with downloading , please reach out to us via Email/ Text!
